Require support or just have a question?  There are a few ways to get a hold of us.

The best way to contact us for support is to submit a ticket via your control panel.

1. Browse to the server control panel logon screen by clicking here. (You may get a security warning. If you do, create an exception when asked.)

2. Put in your username and password.  Your username and password can be found in the “Server Information Package” you were emailed when first setting up your hosting account.

3. In your control panel, click on “Help Desk” in the lower left of your screen.

4. Click on “Add new ticket”. Fill in as much detail on the problem or question as you can.

5. Click on “OK” in the lower right. We will respond to your ticket as quickly as possible.
